PAYMENT
We accept payment via PayPal Express (PayPal balance & credit card) and MOLPay (Online Banking & 7-Eleven).
An invoice is automatically sent to your email once you have completed your purchase.
Unfortunately, as soon as the purchase has been completed and paid; we are unable to refund the difference.
After adding your selected product to cart, proceed to checkout. You will enter the page as shown below where you can insert your promo code highlighted in the yellow box below. You may proceed with your purchase by completing your transaction.
*Promo code cannot be applied to an order once the order has been confirmed.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All paid orders will be shipped out on next working day (Monday-Friday) by Courier Service and will take 2-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep.
You will receive your tracking number to the email registered with the purchase once your item has been shipped.
Do take note that this applies to all products except custom condom and selected pre-order items that are clearly stated on their product page.
At P'SANG, we take extreme pride and utmost care of maintaining your privacy. Your items are packed securely in a plain brown parcel box with no brand name, no labels and no product description.
We use Pos Laju due to their extensive location coverage across the whole of Malaysia.

We ship exclusively across Malaysia. We do not ship internationally at this current time.
RETURNS
For exchanges and returns, please get in touch with our customer service immediately at info@psang.co with the following details within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase:
Your order number
Information on the affected item
Photo of the affected item
Due to the nature of the products and health regulations, we are only able to accept product returns for the following reasons:
Items shipped incorrectly - wrong item / wrong quantity
or
Items shipped has manufacturing defects
&
Items have not been opened or used with the packaging intact
Terms:
1) Exchanges are only available for the same product
2) P’sang reserves the right to withhold any exchanges/returns if your original item has not reached our warehouse
Upon arrival of your returned item to our warehouse, our team will take 1-2 working days to process your return. You will receive an update once your return/exchange item has been processed.
For exchange item, you will receive the product within the same delivery time frame as your original order, once we receive your parcel and examine it.

P'sang unique packaging removes all risk of elasticity lost from wrong way of storage as well as any accidental tearing during removal from packet while maintaining its buttercup shape.
Quality Assurance
Our condoms are made from the finest natural latex (ISO 4047:2015) using DANDETECH@ and undergoes strict inspection to guarantee absolute quality (ISO 13485:2016)
When used as directed, condoms are 98% effective in preventing pregnancy. It is also the only contraceptive method that can help prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) at the same time. In addition, P'sang buttercup condom works greatly in reducing the risk of wearing a condom wrong:
1. Peel the seal smoothly without tearing the condom,
2. Identify the correct side of the tip to get unrolling on the correct direction,
3. Use with plenty of lubricants to prevent heat from friction
Paying homage to our name, our banana scented P’sang condoms masks the unpleasant burnt rubber smell for a more pleasure experience. It also smells delicious and helps to boost the libido! Shop ORI, ZER0 and Asian Fit to try it yourself!
For an alternative variety, you can try our luscious strawberry scent with 1+1+1 and bubblegum scent with BUBBLEGUM.
Our condom sizes follows the standard measurements of 53mm nominal width.
We also have a special size at 49mm nominal width with Asian Fit.
